Full Scope & Itemized

We can handle every step of your flooring project. With peace of mind that stimates are in-depth, itemized and transparent, meaning you pay for what we measure—nothing more. You'll receive a detailed breakdown of all costs, with no surprise charges.

  • We curated a material catalog comprised of over 100+ solid and engineered wood options from trusted local vendors. This ensures that every product we install meets our specific standards and so you don't have any surprises.

    These are floors that blend quality, durability, and value—sourced only from FSC® and GreenGuard®-certified manufacturers.

  • The smallest item forgotten can lead to delays, we will work with the vendor on your behalf and ensure everything needed is ordered accurately and sourced quickly.

  • We'll schedule a date/time to carry in the home and stage all of the materials for proper acclimation. Documenting all materials, completing moisture tests, and discussing next steps.

  • We will take care of removing your existing flooring, trim, moldings and prep the jobsite for installation.

  • We will dispose of all trash & cuts on site. Ensuring we leave your home better than we found it.

  • From patch work to complete subfloor reconstruction, we ensure your subfloor meets warranty specifications and install any required levelers, substrates, underlayments, moisture barriers, and adhesives.

  • We install your new floor to industry standards, manufacturer warranties, and NWFA guidelines, with periodic walkthroughs to ensure satisfaction.

  • We offer multiple installation solutions to remodel staircases or steps so they properly match your new flooring.

  • Choose to remove and reinstall existing baseboard, install new baseboard, or leave it in place with quarter-round or shoe molding for a clean finish.

  • Finishing pieces that transition your new floor to adjacent surfaces, doorways, sliders, and exterior thresholds for a polished, complete look.

  • We can procure and install matching flush-with-floor or drop in wood floor vents to provide a truly finished and seamless look to the space.

  • Any modifications to the original scope of work (additions, substitutions, reductions, etc) will be explained in detail and require your written approval.

  • MONCO LLC warrants its workmanship against defects in installation for a period of one (1) year from the date of project completion.

    A professional independent installer will measure your space and assess your flooring needs.

  3. Accept and Purchase Quote

    Once you’ve selected your product, we’ll follow up with a quote. It’ll include product costs, labor costs and available financing options.

  4. Get It Installed

    Schedule your installation. Once it’s complete, your installer will clean up, review maintenance instructions and ensure you’re 100% satisfied.
